Morgan Franc joined Tinubu in April 2023 and serves as CEO. Morgan spent 15 years in various leadership roles, first in large international groups (General Electric, BCG), before making the switch to B2B SaaS within smaller French companies, scaling up the activity and accelerating the development of their software solutions. Morgan graduated from HEC Grandes Ecoles and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Vinod Kachroo is Head of Americas at Tinubu. A transformational leader with more than 30 years of experience across insurance, financial services, and healthcare, Vinod is known for driving innovation, scaling enterprise platforms, and delivering measurable business impact.

Previously CEO of Innoveo (now part of Tinubu), Vinod led product strategy, global partnerships, and delivery expansion, accelerating growth and market recognition for the no-code insurance platform. Earlier in his career, he spearheaded innovation initiatives at SE2 and held leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services, MetLife, Prudential, and AIG.
A recognized insurtech futurist and industry speaker, Vinod combines strategic vision with operational rigor - turning complex ideas into executable transformation. Outside of the boardroom, he is an avid runner, embodying the discipline and endurance that define his leadership style.

Antoine Megglé is Chief Product & Marketing Officer at Tinubu, where he leads product strategy, go-to-market and execution across a portfolio of SaaS platforms serving the specialty insurance market worldwide. His background spans three worlds : McKinsey, where he worked on turnarounds, M&A and strategy ; Microsoft, where he led digital transformation for global corporations ; and startups, where he has built and marketed products from zero. He operates from board to engineering team, bridging strategy and execution across every layer of the organisation, from positioning and go-to-market to product delivery.
