The company is controlled by all its shareholders:

- Tinubu Holding (Management)
- FSI
- Others private investors

To accelerate Tinubu Square’s expansion, the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement (FSI) will be investing €11.3 million in the company, alongside its founding shareholders.
