  • Jérôme Pezé – Founder & CEO

    Jérôme Pezé brings global experience with the world’s foremost credit insurers and risk managers to his position as CEO of Tinubu Square. Over the past thirty years, he has developed the skills and insight that inspired him, with his other two co-founders, to start Tinubu Square.  Before Tinubu Square, Pezé headed the Sales, Marketing and Strategy division of Euler Hermes in London, a leading provider of trade-​related credit insurance​ solutions. Prior to that he served multiple financial positions with the Euler Hermes Group throughout Europe and with the global banking group PNB Paribas, where he was CFO of the Paribas subsidiary SCOA Nigeria Group.
    Pezé holds an MSc in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

  • Pierre-Emmanuel Albert, Founder & General Manager

    Pierre-Emmanuel Albert has provided strategic financial planning and implementation for global companies for three decades. His expertise lies in developing data and management systems for international enterprises and creating or streamlining international receivables financing programs. Most recently, before starting Tinubu Square, he was chief financial officer and a director of subsidiaries for Essilor Group, the world’s leading maker of corrective lenses, for which Albert developed a new financial management and billing standardization system. Before that, he served as corporate secretary of Albatros Investment, part of French investment and industrial holding group Ballore. He met Pezé and Placca, the other Tinubu Square co-founders, when working as an organizer for SCOA Nigeria.

  • Olivier Placca – Founder & Deputy General Manager

    Olivier Placca has designed and managed software for banks and financial institutions around the world. Before founding Tinubu Square, he served as manager of SG2, a subsidiary of the Societe Group. Under his leadership, the company became a leader in the design and management of risk assessment systems and risk information databases. When the Experian Group acquired SG2 in 1998, Olivier was appointed Director of operations for Experian France. In this role, he designed and managed major products for several banks and financial institutions, including Natwest, Credito Italiano, Societe Generale, Newcourt  and Siemens Finance, as well as for notable credit insurers such as the Euler Group. As Tinubu Square CTO, Placca oversees Tinubu’s software solutions and manages technology projects for credit insurers. Placca holds an MSc in Computer Science from Orsay University.
